white starlike object travelling at speed west to east no sound

i saw a starlike object moving from the west to the east at approximately 21:05 pm .

it was travelling in a perfectly straight line at speed and there was no sound whatsoever (sattelite?)

We are not certain that the witness observed the ISS, but it looks to us to be a strong possibility. PD))
