date 3 3 03 cone shape moving up and slow at altitude 300ft above moving south

it was like a cone of flight apollo 13 returning to earth only that it was moving up and slow with no lights or sound traveling at least 300ft above moving south this is my first sightindg never beleived in ufos till now it was very clear just wished i had a camera to prove the sighting the shape was like amazing to see as i only ever seen on tv
