Summary : While on vacation in Washington, DC, standing in front of the White House, my 8 yr old son captured something very strange on our video camera. The object appears in 7 frames of a standard 30 frame per second VHS tape. I am not experienced in these matters. I have had the tape digitally analyzed and the object appears to have a definite form and reflects sun light as if it were metallic. It was pure accident that we caught it on video and did not discover it until we were back home viewing the vacation tape.
