Multiple objects above our altitude.
During a flight northbound, we saw objects above our altitude for approximately two hours. The objects would accelerate rapidly and come to a sudden stop, they could also increasing decrease altitude suddenly without turning. There was no returns from ADSB indicating aircraft.
