Upside down black object with silver glints flying at quick speed

Was having a cigar on my patio and noticed a hawk or falcon flying overhead a couple hundred feet or so but then noticed a black upside down triangular object much higher above the bird moving at a fast speed glinting in the sunlight (the sky was cloudless and bright blue) saw it traveling for less than half a minute before it disappeared from view over the roof of neighboring house.
