Coworker and I were taking samples and observed a stalled craft that stayed in the same position for at least 12 minutes.

A coworker and I witnessed an object stalled in the sky for at least 12 minutes. Absolutely no noise and no movement until it finally just started to move away slowly, then shot off into the night sky. It went west, not upwards.
