Rotating object that automatically blows up to a disc/circle 3 to 4 times larger

At work and noticed a bright circling/rotating light in shape of a sphere started to record and at 1:50 time frame in video the object blew up 3-4 times larger as if I was now looking at the bottom of a flying saucer.
