Hovering black ufo with three red lights moved incredibly oddly and disappeared within a second.

Several cars were stopped and people were exiting their vehicles looking up. As we came to a stop and looked over we saw a huge black object hovering in the sky. It had no wings, no sound, no windows. It moved oddly and would appear in a different location in the blink of an eye almost in a zig zag like pattern and then it flew upwards and was gone before I could blink.
