Strange blue Lights and dim white objects

First, a co-worker sent me a short video clip of red orbs flying above downtown Denver, but it's really hard to see because he was driving on I-25. That video was only 7 seconds. Then about an hour or so later, I go outside on my porch for a smoke and I saw a strange blue light moving in the exact path over and over again. I called my neighbor out to see if he could tell me what it was. As I was waiting for him to come out, I tried to record it, but my phone would not record! I was able to snap a picture of it, but that's it. He came out and I asked him to try and record it, but he couldn't record it either. We watched this thing move in the same pattern for like 6 or 7 mins, then all the sudden, there were 3 of them. They started moving super fast with no discernable direction. It was light a strange light show at a heavy metal concert. My neighbor started jumping up and down because he was so excited. That lasted about 30 secs or so, then a very dim white streak below the blue lights started moving across the sky. I pointed it out to him, but I don't think he saw it. Then there were multiple smaller dim objects moving just to the left of where we saw the blue lights, but lower in the sky. I'd say they were only a couple hundred feet off the ground. Some guy walking down the street saw up staring at the sky and he pulled his phone out to record it too, but I don't know if he caught anything because he walked off after about 3-5 mins. I took a picture of the moon to show that this was definitely NOT the moon. If you look closely at the picture, you can see dim white lights to the left that I didn't see when I took the pic. I have no idea what this was, but I've been seeing a ton of strange things in the sky for the past few months.
