Was streaming regular show on hulu when my screen was interrupted for a brief second by two men in black, faces obstructed.

I was streaming regular show on hulu with my brother sitting beside me. The episode had just begun with the regular show at the very last sequence of it's intro. Then, all of a sudden and very briefly, two figures in black suites with white collars and black ties appeared on my TV screen. They were standing in front of a metallic light grey/white background which, now that I think of it SEEMED spherical but was maybe not. Their faces/neck area as well as their lower chest area were obstructed by regular show seperated by bright green, glitchy lines. I drew a picture after I had seen it. This incident was shortly after I had been conducting ufo research on anomalous ufo investigators claiming to be people they were not as well as color sequences matching a ufo my dad claims to have seen. Now that I am looking for my recreation of the event in drawing form. I cannot find it in my room, in my drawer where I have kept it for years. I will draw a new one for this report. During the event I was so captivated and in awe I froze and said nothing until it disappeared. This event occurred in less than a second. I felt pretty insane after the event.I like to think it was a glitch but I sadly do not think it was. I have no history of mentall illness. After the event I said to by brother loudly, "did you see that?" To which he replied no. I don't think my brother saw the occurrence when I did because he was looking at his phone but when I had stared at the screen for that brief second I felt like time froze.
