Took my dog to the pong for a restroom break, seen 4 red/blue orbs making a diamond shape but spinning clock wise together, slowly.

Red blue orbs, diamond shape, spinning clock wise, slowly, hovered for about 30 seconds, then the spinning sped up , and began to move south, spinning increased, for another minute to 1 and one half minute. 0 noise, but my hair stood up like there was static, and then poof they zoomed off, in a blink of an eye. Also there was total silence. Once they were gone and I began to head home my dog began acting frightened. Once we got home she was fine and as was I.
