Two objects seen from ground flying against wind today.

Around 1230 in the afternoon, I witnessed two low flying objects (going east). They were white and shiny, again low and flying aginst the wind which was 340 11to20G I think. They went passed houses in a neighborhood and I lost sight, I do understand planes and airline craft enter approaches from there, but I dont think it was that...
