Rectangular object in the sky

Rectangular pitch black object in the sky above NLV that did not move was sighted by a passenger and I. Possibly rotated because at some points it was barely visible, after coming back to full visibility in rectangle shape, It disappeared completely. The sighting when on for about 5 minutes approximately and the picture was taken when I was able to get to a red light.
