Very fast moving cylinder shaped object

I was in a passenger jet flying at around 35,000 feet and noticed a cylinder shaped object moving at a high rate of speed just above cloud layer moving towards the north somewhere in the vicinity of Southport, NC. The object did not deviate from its course and I was able to take a photo of the object before it went out of site behind the plane. The object was only visible for about 10 seconds
