A line of flashing orbs and the bottom one seems to move left and right

I was walking home at around 6pm and I see a line of 3 flashing orbs and the bottom one seems to move left or right or front or left u can't really tell. But it is definitely not an aircraft as it is moving in not only 1 direction. if u speed up the vid a bit. I didn't look long and I entered a building afterwards. I took my phone and recorded the video because it is too short to be a starlink and the flash really visible. I recorded it and I turned up and down the contrast in the end of the video to prove it's not the contrast to ar made it flash. The object is bright and clear with naked eye.
