I experienced a flash of green light that surrounded me and the entire area I was in caught on camera

At 1:21 AM on Friday, January 12 I was outside shoveling and a flash of green light that surrounded me as if every thing around me turned green like the sun turned on at 1:21 green bright and I got it on my Waze camera. The recording is black-and-white , but the flash of light is amazingly bright, and it shines around my building across the street apartment complex next to me. I can’t explain it.
