Object spotted approx. 2000 ft above tree line. Object was stationary in the northwest sky

Observed object approx. 2000 ft. Above tree line . Object was stationary in the sky. Did not have the typical red/ green lights of a commercial airline. White lights 5-6 horizontally placed. Watched the object for 3 minutes or so, it did not move.
