He was early in the morning walking my dog and knew the rocket was going off SpaceX and I looked up and there was UFO at red green and

October 13th is early in the morning you take the dog out for a walk and the rack was going off because I heard the rambling they looked up and I seen a UFO is a disk it had red green and white lights and just standing still like way above me it was silver I ran back to the house to put my dog in I got my cell phone I ran back and it was still there and try to video my video wasn't working and by the time I look back up it was gone. Really don't know the direction it was above me and I'm close to Coco and I could see it from my patio when the racket goes off.
