Glanced up and viewed bright white ring in the sky in broad daylight , not moving very high altitude so it must've been very big

Glanced up and viewed bright white ring in the sky in broad daylight as I was talking with a neighbor. I pointed up and asked if he could see it and he said yes I see it, that's crazy. You could see it was a ring with the naked eye but nothing else was discernible until I had the binoculars. I went in my house and grabbed binoculars and looked again, best way to describe it would be the shape of a circular fluorescent tube with what looked like windows inside and outside of the ring. 3 adults looked through the binoculars and 4 kids over about 20 minutes we all saw it. Not a sphere. It had to be huge as it was miles up in altitude, I'm guessing lower stratosphere? No movement, no flashing, no change in brightness. I did go get my camera and zoomed as far as it would go but the image is very poor compared to what was seen with binoculars. I went in to get my spotting scope and when I came back outside it was gone.
Viewed from my yard looking due south and up approx 40-60 degrees. Date stamp of 7/7/20 on image is correct, Time in properties is not, I'm bad at setting time on camera because I rarely use it anymore.
