Behavior not normal

Three objects came out of an oddly looking light cloud. Terrible video but I could see what looked like it released something in evenly timed intervals that did not match exhaust characteristics. One of the objects that was heading due south shot off at a 90 degree. I ran to grab my phone and took video and pictures. Never seen anything like that before.
