Witnessed object that appeared to be rotating and either reflecting light or flashing bright light. Easier to share the video.

Out walking dog, saw bright flashes in the sky. Took a couple of videos and still photos but can’t find the object in the still photos. Hard to discern the shape. It almost looked like flat mirror spinning. San Diego.
