Hovering in place until shooting off southbound and disappearing in a small flash of light.

Was in my work truck heading to my very last stop at Dustin‘s barbecue off of Wickham Road when I saw the object seemingly suspended in place, not moving in any apparent direction. Filmed the object for approximately one minute to show its immobility before it seemed to Shoot off directly away from me before disappearing in a small flash of light.
