a drone or what appears to be an aircraft of some sort has been hovering every night at the corner of N. Craig and baum boulevard

it's white and is larger than stars and is seen nightly between the hours of 9pm and 10pm est hovering over the building of moorhead tower apartments or across the street from the building; as you walk down the street, the object appears to follow you; when you stop moving it stops moving; at times it is seen hovering directly over the building; numerous tenants in the building have observed this and classified it as a drone of some sort
