Rhythmic Pattern on Lights on Large Circular Craft

9:24 PM Nov 11,2023 Highland Village Texas. We were driving home and saw these strange lights in the sky behind the clouds. We stopped and observed the lights from the side of the road for about 3 minutes. There was not the tell tale sign of a ground based spot light or laser from the reflecting on the clouds, but these lights were behind the clouds. The lights moved in a specific pattern. First we saw two lights and then it would dance in a shuffling back and forth revealing four or five lights approximately, then one or two sustained lights on the far side and then sequentially shine one light at a time around the full circumference of the craft. A full light cycle lasted approximately 10 seconds. We saw four such cycles. I estimate 12 - 15 total lights around the circumference, but I could not see the backside. Our friend observed the lights from a different location independently from us and sent us the attached clip, he was much further away from the lights than we were respectively and captured less than one full cycle.
