They were in a circular formation. There might’ve been two clusters, but that’s because I was at two different places for it.

I was walking my dog with my father on the loop around my neighborhood, hidden oaks and basswood streets, when we saw a ring of 11 white orbs. We live in Eden Prairie, MN.

I was watching from in front of the entrance of my neighborhood and the sidewalk/path near it.
