My boyfriend and I both saw a bright large light that appeared to roll a few times

It appeared to be flying toward us with a single bright light then appeared to roll a few times with 2-3 dots of lights that streamed down from it, then began flying north with a tail that seemed to drag behind it.

It appeared first as an abnormally large glow then rotating several times
