Object is seen every night.

Object looks like a light from a distance, when observed through binoculars object is moving eracticly, very fast. Object hovers. Planes don't hover, stars don't hover and satellites don't move eracticly. Many people have witnessed this, have viewed it through binoculars and can't tell what it is. I see this object every night, it follows me wherever I go.
