One craft hovering above my house joined by another they stopped for a moment then sped off .

My son and I had just got off a bus from a shopping trip, we were walking across a field to get to our house, when we got close to the house I saw hovering above the house what looked like a typical ufo as we know it to be,round with lights flashing round it, I said to my son whats that, he looked up and said I don’t know, a moment later it was joined by another identical one which hovered at the side of it but a little further back, all of a sudden they sped off to the side and they were gone. Some time later my younger son who was about 11yrs old at the time and had been playing near a pond with his friend, came running in the house saying im not staying down there, I said whats the matter and he said something big and noisy had just landed on some land near the pond, it was very frightening he said.
