An unusual object was witnessed

I was standing on my freinds front porch when I saw this light in the sky. At first I thought maybe it was an airplane or satellite until it begin moving as if it were floating in the sky. It was unclear what it was as it was obviously far away. I started recording it because I never thought anyone would believe me if I didn’t have some sort of proof. It was a mistake to stop recording because shortly after I continued to watch it in the sky because I had never witnessed something so unusual. After I stopped recording it was still far away but it looked so much clearer that it was an object moving in the sky and I watched it vanish with a big flash of light.
