Tick tac shape moving fast for a boat, no water trail from propeller.

While sitting looking out of van window I seen this craft which didn't look like a boat. Also it didn't move like a boat and was moving fast and smooth. There was no sound detected but not sure how far this was away. Maybe 1 mile.
