Incredible movement that cannot be physically possible.

My husband, my cousin and myself were outside of my parents house, smoking. They were talking and I looked straight up at the stars. What I saw was so bizarre that I interrupted them and told them to look up. It was a very bright light/star/satellite sized object. The reason I knew it was not a satellite is because it was "dancing" in the sky. At times it would stop doing loops and violently turn go straight at amazing speeds and then start dancing again. After a few minutes of this, it stopped. Then the strangest part happened. It seemed to start to leave. My meaning is light started to fade as if leaving away from the Earth straight up. It took about 5 seconds and then it disappeared from the spot it stopped. All 3 of us saw this and will never forget it. It was not of this world or our laws of physics. I have believed in the unexplained since that experience. The last thing of importance would be the fact of the height of the object, it could within reason have been studying Fort Lewis Army Base.
