Two objects following each other and hovering around. One was copper and the other with bright pulsing lights of all colors.

Two objects following each other very closely at first and quickly. They both would come apart, go back together and continued hovering around each other. One was copper and the other with bright pulsing lights of all colors. The copper one pulsated and vanished quickly, leaving a trail. The other continued to hover slowly and travel in a NE direction. The lights continued to randomly change across the object as very vivid bright changing colors.
