Alteration on blue&green light constantly strobing at a high rate

A cylindrical shape with blue and green light strobing at a high rate moved southbound following delaware river. A train delivering material to a plant next door was disconnecting from the delivery training so it made a big boom. Once the boom Was Heard the object accelerated a high rate of speed South.
