We noticed a bright circular object moving slowly in the sky. It passed my a plane and color changed to a bright orange.
Objected passed by a plane during sighting. It had not flashing lights like the 4 other plane flying at the time. No sound was heard during sighting. It seems to be circular, emulating lights. No signs of propulsion or streaks emanating from object.
