dim orb appears in the sky, seems to rotate and gets very bright moving in a SW direction slowing fading behind a tree.

My sister sent me her ring cam footage from this morning and it shows a bright light appearing in the sky and gets brighter, illuminating the sky and surrounding clouds. you can see the reflection on her cars roof.
