Green/red light flying high, erratically and very fast stopping occasionally for about one minute

Witnessed from our balcony and then we walked out of our flat beyond the trees and we could still see it, object moving extremely fast, high and in all directions. Videos do not capture all the sighting as was watching it for a while before I thought to video it.
