White plastic bag looking object moving from North to South and then staying in one place a few minutes then disappearing
I was driving on the bypass from Central to Higdin Ferry and a White plastic bag looking object moved from the left to the right and then staying in one place past Arvest Bank a few minutes and then disappeared. Tried to photo with IPhone 13 but didn’t show up in photos.
