Was at the bay at night watching a thunder storm when a craft zoomed right in front of us then right over us. I went to the ground.

I recorded this UFO. I was watching a storm with my family at the bay when a craft zoomed across the sky and then over top of us. It looked florescent yellow to the human eye and on tape it looks like regular white color. It came out from over the water and then as I flew above my head I fell to the ground a few moments later. (Not sure from the craft or from shock)
