Characteristics: Lights on object

Several dots that were blinking but not moving. Then moved into ball shape. I couldn't get the several lights because I was driving.

Several orbs or dots of light in a row blinking. Was not moving out of any direction. Staying in place then formed a ball of lights. Still blinking.
