Pulsating lights. Around 6 of them in oval formation circling, then formed line before take off

Me and my girlfriend were in our backyard last night around 10:45 star watching. I was looking one direction, my girlfriend another. She screams to me “wtf is that, turn around” I look up to see around 6 white lights in a single file line pulsing. It only lasted about 6 seconds before they disappeared. it looked as if they were taking off.

My girlfriend saw them at first and said they were in a circle formation rotating before I turned around. I tried to pull my phone out to get a recording but it was too late, they had already vanished
