A green blue triangle hovered near my home by my truck for 25-30 seconds. Didn't make a sound but felt something inside my bones.

I don't know how to say this but I felt something inside me and saw things. Went to my window and a green blueish triangle was above my truck maybe a 100 feet. Right above the trees. Left less than a minute after. But still have what I think they were trying to tell me.
