I was walking dog a block away from house and I saw 4 lights make formations of a large square and steadily spinning together then come to one point like they are being sucked in then making a bright larger light that glowed like a flash then explode the lights outward lights almost seem more than 4 at that time but they got sucked into one of the four and it starts again and again. This repeated rhythmically but sometimes some lights weren’t as synchronized (catching up a little) like mechanically measured
there was no sound at all. None, complete silence and anir extremely still no wind and the lights formation continued then stopped all of a sudden. I was getting dog in and they were gone when I came out. Then sky got very cloudy over that area exactly.
