Location details: Bright blue plasma, colored lights, dimming, and then getting really bright very odd color

Bright plasma, light in the sky while driving down the highway

Bright blue green plasma, colored lights, in the sky while driving down I 94 east in between Paw paw, Michigan and Matawan Michigan. Lights were dimming then getting bright, then flickering, then getting bright then staying bright. Looked like lightning that lit the sky up longer than normal. The color of it was very odd. I’ve never seen the sky that color before and the closest thing I can compare to it is lightning, but it was way different.
