I was young and have never reported it once before on here. I saw it in Lake Morena, Ca on my farm on lake morena drive. During the years 1984-1986. It was night time and It was round that had lights going all around it. It flew in a straight line, stopped for about 30 seconds and then flew to another spot with shorter distance. Stopped again for the same duration. Then flew off fast and dissapeared.
