Bright Red-Orange Orb Dancing Across Sky for 30 min

I pulled over to take a video of a bright red-orange light in the sky- a star was next to it & the light was so bright and red as if it were close to the same size. (Attached is the video, the light was so bright in the video it shows as white. Zooming in you can see the reddish flickering aura.) I got home and told my dad to come outside because it was sitting in the same spot hovering.
It came from south-west to north-east. It went over the star Corona Borealis & ascended up before stopping and hovering around 5-10 minutes.
We called our neighbor out and it appeared to dance and move around the star, rarely moving straight. Our neighbor’s wife & daughter came outside to see.

It then started on a southern direction ascending up- went between stars Nekkar & Seginus of the constellation Boötes.

Hovered between (Nekkar & Seginus) at least 5 min- During this we saw at least 2 tiny orbs crossing the sky, one went south & a minute later we saw one go north- from each side of constellation Boötes.

The orb of light(?) went from the middle of the 2 stars (Nekkar & Seginus), north toward the end of Big Dipper’s handle. It then went east until it faded out of sight.
