No sound. Hovered above neighbors house, then a straight line going ~300mph.looked like it was going slow but it moved fast.

My husband and I were outside on our back patio when I saw it hovering over the neighbors house in broad daylight. It looked like an orb with an arm on top (shaped like a Sunfish) maybe white/silver and red. It looked like it was surveying or taking pics. It moved in a straight line, fast. It was about 3000-5000 ft in the air,
