It looked segmented, very flashy, as it randomly had the sun flashing off of it. 2 segments aligned vertically.

It looked segmented, very flashy at the top, as it randomly had the sun flashing off of it. 2 segments aligned vertically, possibly connected by a piece not visible to the eye or camera. It didn't strike us as a balloon, since the top looked solid, and sometimes the top looked round, others it looked elongated like the bottom segment. Highly reflective. There were planes around, though they didn't appear to have any interest in this object. It coasted along slowly, apparently really high in the sky - but still below the clouds, as it was visible even when overlapping with the clouds themselves.
