Silver ball smoothly drifting across sky

Saw a reflection in a mirror. Looked out the window and saw a silver sphere/ball gliding in the sky. At first I thought it was a plane due to altitude but it was moving slow enough for me to get a really good look. Definately a ball shaped sphere, completely silver gliding across sky. Then I thought it might be a balloon but again, altitude was way to high. No clouds in the sky and little to no wind. It is a very sunny clear day today. Wow!!
