It suddenly appeared over rhe neighbors house and went from south to north pretty quickly. Maybe 50 60mph

It appeared like a spining cloud of lights and formed into a V shape... it almost looked like a flauk of ducks but it was lights. Absolutely no sound what so ever. My wife and I watched it until it disappeared. My wife took a photo.
