It was glowing

I was north bound on HW 87 between Hemphill, Tx. An Milam, Tx. I was driving an 18 wheeler, I saw a light approaching from behind. I was driving about 60 mph, it caught up with me, traveled outside beside my open passenger window for about 1/2 mile. It made no noise. It was a blue-ish in color, it sparkled. Then it sped up and disappeared in front of me and was gone.
